Terms and Conditions

Customers are required to produce up-to-date Vaccination Certificates for feline influenza and feline enteritis. We are unable to accept cats without a valid certificate.

Sharing cats can only be accepted from the same household.

We accept cash or cheques made payable to Hayfield Cattery, but no debit/credit cards. All prices are VAT inclusive.

A full days boarding is charged for the days of arrival and departure.

Payment of fees will be required on departure.

All present medical conditions must be declared upon admission. Cats suspected of suffering any infectious diseases will not be accepted at the Cattery.

Public Liability Insurance is provided and all cats are insured against veterinary fees for the duration of their stay; however pre-existing conditions are not covered.

It must be noted that whilst every care and attention is given to all cats throughout the duration of their stay, owners leave them at their own risk.
